   Oh you know before you met Shy you were using this "thing" all the time picking up chicks! I'm already curious what this is and you keep sort of talking about it is making me FURIOUS!!! I really wanna know just to see if guys are doing this to me. Hurry and tell me dammit!

   I really didn't use it before her. I never really needed to. I'm not Don Juan or anything like that, just raised in a house with 8 women and their friends. I was the only guy. Because of that, I'm not seen as a threat, so I get in close without entering the friend zone. It's great.
   
   Here's the short version:
   
   Walk up to the girl and apologize for approaching her. Give a sincere compliment about her shoes, hair, clothes (whichever she seems the most proud of) and again let her know you aren't hitting on her.
   
   At this point you can smile and walk away, or you can introduce yourself.
   
   Once you've exchanged names, start some small-talk and squeeze in the word girlfriend as subtly as possible. This will cause her to see you as no threat. Then you're in.

   Yeah tell me what this non pick up line is that you use. Can a girl use it on a guy? I can be hooking up with guys left and right then. Okay, I must know. You have to tell.

   It's not something I use. I've just tested it. Took some guys that couldn't get a date to save their life, taught it to them, and it worked. I tried it a few times, but never made it my thing. I like being myself a little more.
   
   Not sure if a girl could use it on a guy, or if they'd even want/need to. Guys are easier.
   
   I'll try and type it up when I am at home. Today I am putting in my two weeks notice. This job has driven me crazy for far too long.

   That's really funny about his thread on the lurking lads board, hahaa. He does kinda seem like he's a know it all when it comes to girls. He can talk a lot too and gets mad when I'm not paying attention anymore. What were some of the replies to him? Telling him how he's an oompa loompa and can't get any?!

   Most of the replies were other people like him posting the same common sense bullshit. Every person on the planet knows confidence is key, but it doesn't work miracles like he seems to think. There was nothing useful in there at all. I started to post a pick up line (which really isn't a line at all) that I was taught about 10 years ago. I tested it out and have had other people test it, and as dumb as it sounds, it works. Then I realized they didn't deserve it.
   
   When I have some free time, I'll share it with you. You can be the first female to ever learn the secret.
   
   And no, I don't use it.

   Ah... eww the private group clubs. I was kicked out of the lasses group so I just left all of them. They are nothing but gossip central and big time two faced people.
   
   Your reply on chaos thread was funny. I'm not sure he even replied to you, now I don't remember. He's made like 5 threads so far all to "pick" on me. I talk to him on msn, he only likes making threads like that to get reactions out of others. Its just funny when people take him serious cause even with his so called rants on there he's getting a kick out of it. His way of entertainment i suppose.

   I hope this doesn't take away from my post in his thread, but you had nothing to really do with it. He's always been annoying. In the Lurking Lads board he made a thread to "teach" the other guys how to pick up a girl, but didn't have any advice. It was horrible. He sounded like someone that had never spoken to a girl outside of the internet, but felt he knew all there was to know about them. Lost all of my respect for him after that.

   What about the girlie fruity flavored drinks? She don't like those either? But there's nothing wrong with growing out of it. It's better then becoming a raging alcoholic! I'm only just starting to get into it more.

   She was never a fan of those drinks. She was always a beer and/or jack and coke kind of girl. Then we got together and she quit smoking and then drinking.
   
   No, I'm still gone. Shy asked me to sign on and accept an invite to some board on there, so that they'd have enough people to start posting or something. I figured while I was there I might as well post something. Chaos is a bit of a tool. I never have understood why he doesn't get called out on it more. No amount of self confidence can make any attractive woman sleep with someone that looks like that.
   
   I am curious about his reaction to my post. Just not curious enough to go read it. :p
